SAMMY AND HANNAH AND THE LONG ROAD HOME

As you all know, we’ve had an amazing time during our stay in Tennessee and we look forward to seeing everyone again soon. Just because we’re gone right now, don’t think we have forgotten anyone because there is no chance of that ever happening!

It’s an exciting time for all of us, including Sammy the bear and Hannah the monkey!

These two were treated like celebrities during a stay at the Sleep Inn in Abilene, Texas while taking a break from the road on the way back to the west coast. It was a very exhausting drive!

Sammy told Hannah,

“Wow! Those pillows were so soft and fluffy! I had the best night’s sleep last night!”

A good night of sleep was much needed, so it’s a good thing that we found the Sleep Inn!

On top of being excited about being able to peek into the editing phase as well as take time to chat with many of the cast and crew while we wait, our silly little furry friends were sure to make time to compete on being the one to sit in the driver’s seat on the way home.

We overheard Hannah asking Sammy,

“Who’s gonna drive home today?”

Of course, Sammy was quick to respond by taking a running dive straight into the driver’s seat! Hannah wasn’t exactly happy about that, but she hopped up on the dashboard and just kept telling us how glad she was to finally be close to home again.

After many long, tiring hours on the road, we finally saw the city lights and knew we were nearing home. Sammy and Hannah were exhausted from the trip back from Tennessee, but nothing can compare to the warm, snuggly feeling of being home with those we love.

Sammy and Hannah piled up on their beloved furry friend Maggie to snuggle as soon as they got home.

“Well Hannah, we finally made it home!”

Sammy told Hannah.

Hannah replied with,

“It’s so good to be home again with family, but what about the film, and our Knoxville family?”

We of course adore our Knoxville family and as the saying goes, home is where the heart is! Well, part of our hearts are most certainly in Tennessee and we look forward to seeing everyone again very soon, but now it’s time for us to start on a whole new adventure.

EDITING!

Now that we’re in the editing phase of production and have a little time before we can share the finished movie with everyone, we hope that all our friends will continue to visit our blog to learn about all things wilderness. We have so much to share with you!
